Not much to buy.  But what will I buy?

Soul Calibur IV will be a rental for 360 as well as PS3

I’ll pick up Madden on the PS3 to play with a league 

NHL 09 and NBA live 09/ NBA 2k8 I  will decide when closer to release on which console to buy for.

Lego Batman will be picked up for PS3 or 360. 

Fall out 3 is looks great. Saints Row 2 looks good.

 Little Big Planet looks good.

The new Call of Duty World at War looks epic.

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince should be intense as well for PS3 or 360.

At least there is more to talk to here. But not much to buy. Final Fantasy 13 which was the biggest announcement at E3 for the 360 doesn’t have a release date. I have to admit, I am excited about the new interface coming this fall. But what will I buy

Metal Gear Solid 4 and more Lego Indiana Jones

Well, my weekend started and boom I was playing Lego Indiana Jones again on the 360. I keep finding items and getting deeper so it’s going well. I’m over 70% complete.

I got EA Playground from gamefly. It’s pretty cool. Nothing overly exciting.

Finally, I got back to playing MGS4!!!!!!!!

I started and finished Act 3!!! BEST scenes of any Metal Gear Solid series.

I hope to play the last 2 acts tonight and watch the making of movie tomorrow night.

Managing my weight

Well I have lost 25 lbs since January. Just for watching the biggest loser and doing a little bit to help my weight loss along. I want to lose about another 45. This morning I plan on checking my weight and checking it every day. My goal is to be 225 by August 8th.

As of 8:30 this morning I am 270

The way I figured it I will be 263.5 by June 27

The way I figured it I will be 257 by July 4

The way I figured it I will be 250.5 by July 11

The way I figured it I will be 244 by July 18

The way I figured it I will be 237.5 by July 25

The way I figured it I will be 231 by aug 1

The way I figured it I will be 224.5 by aug 8

How will I do this? 1800 calories a day + 600 calories in treadmill work + 30 minutes in Wii fit per day. I will update probably weekly.

still no MGS4

Well, I didn’t play again. I keep playing Indiana Jones on my 360 and Wii fit on the Wii and never went to play some MGS4 last night because I was just too tired from working out and the Wii and treadmill. So hopefully this weekend I will get some time in.

360 Night

Well, I spent the night playing only my 360 and Indiana Jones.

First I unlocked Han Solo, by finding all the Star Wars characters in the game.

Then I started to find other items to try to get closer to 100% completion.

I got too tired to play Metal Gear so I never turned on my PS3.

Tuesday night

Well, I played very little games on tuesday night. I got home, had dinner, played Lego Indiana Jones and finished the Story mode. Since I finished the game, I looked to try to figure out who some of the locked characters were and found out so without spoiling there are a lot of great characters. Kids really love that game. More Metal Gear Solid 4 on wednesday night.

I updated the firmware to 2.36. I expressed my frustration yesterday when I found out that 2.4 wasn’t coming today. I think we should just face the fact that it will come hopefully at E3. I wouldn’t be surprised if they open the beta of Home during E3 as well. That is my prediction anyways.

WTF Sony

Ok, I am hearing rumors that Firmware 2.4 isn’t coming on June 18th now. I am reading that there will be a firmware 2.36 fix that will patch some gaming issues but nothing big. This is frustrating to us PS3 fans that want in game XMB and custom music in games.

Not much in gaming monday

I really didn’t game too much monday night. I played a little MGS4, didn’t get anywhere, then I went and played some Soccer and then played some Lego Indiana Jones for 1 mission. Basically I was just tired last night and didn’t do much more.
